Sunday night, the hilarious Kathy Griffin helps the 2014 Daytime Emmy Awards keep the show light and funny as the awards were streamed live on the internet for the first time in its 40 year history.
Away from the restrictions of broadcast TV, the show was a lively and off-the-cuff affair celebrating televisions brightest daytime programming. Familiar names like, Ellen DeGeneres, Bobby Flay, Steve Harvey, Jeopardy, Entertainment Tonight, Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless all claimed Emmy trophies during the ceremony.
