Music is returning to the tranquility of Vancouver’s Dr Sun Yat-Sen Garden July 5th. Enchanted Evening Concerts brings an eclectic mix of performers the to classical Chinese Garden every Friday evening during the summer. The performances are a perfect way to relax after a long week and support the Garden’s upkeep, educational programs and community engagement.

General admission is $25, (Members $20), doors open at 7pm, show at 7:30pm.
July 5: Peking opera with full costume and makeup – Relive the old-time glamour.
July 12: Andrea SUPERstein – A fresh new discovery on the Jazz scene. Energetic, fun and soulful.
July 19: Vancouver Piano Ensemble – A multi-piano performance with multi-talented performers!
July 26: Acoustic Groove Trio – An exotic blend of pop, soul, and r&b music!
August 2: Rumba Calzada– Dance to a mixture of Latin, Salsa & Afro-Cuban Rhythms!
August 9: The Rakish Angles – Blending string band tradition with contemporary composition, experience a true Latin-Gypsy-Grass performance by local musicians!
August 16: Silk Road Music – East meets west fusion.
August 23: Deanna Knight & The Hot Club Mars– Burning, Powerful, and Sexy Musical Sensation!
August 30: Jim Byrnes– Lost in Deep Soulful Blues…and his stories will make your heart smile!
