Vancouver Foodster’s Food Talks season 3 kicks off September 16th with Food Talks Vol. 11 at Lost & Found Cafe.
Like past seasons, expect an evening of socializing with like-minded foodies while learning about the food industry. Food Talks Vol. 11 focuses on the theme, “Innovation in our Food Industry”.
The night’s speakers will be:
Ken Beattie, Beer Educator at Eureka Beer Guide
Steven Hodge, Pastry Chef and Owner of Temper Pastry
Rosie Priest, Kombucha Purveyor at O5 Tea
Lauren Elbe, Founder of Nuez Milk
Yashar Nijati, Founder of Yummus Organics
The speakers will discuss the points; innovating when they started their business, how they achieved their goals and if failing is a concern to being innovative.
