I recently had the chance to try Good Habits Granola at an event and was pleasantly surprised by the Vancouver made cereal. Hand-baked in small batches, one case at a time, in her own kitchen owner Jessican uses all natural ingredients in order to maintain the product’s freshness. Her attention to freshness is noticeable, each handful I tried was crisp, crunchy with all the flavours coming through in each bite. With milk, yogurt or on it’s own Good Habits Granola can be more than just a breakfast cereal, it makes a great snack alternative like a trail mix.
Good Habits Granola comes in three varieties;
Naked – oats, sunflower seeds & crispy rice
Nut – oats, sunflower seeds, crispy rice, almonds, pecans & hazelnuts
Fruit & Nut – oats, sunflower seeds, crispy rice, dried cranberries, almonds, dried blueberries & cashews
Look for the brightly coloured 454 gram bags (under $10) in grocery store all around Metro Vancouver and Whistler. Visit goodhabitfoods.com for more information on the locally made products.
