Lunch at BosaSPACE by Glowbal Group

Chef Ryan GauthierAs part of the bloggers preview of Bosa Properties new project BosaSPACE at University District guests were served an exclusive lunch by Glowbal Group’s Corporate Chef Ryan Gauthier.
The guests were treated to a terrific three course meal, soon to be featured on the Black + Blue menu, Chef Gauthier demonstrated the preparation of each course before the audience was served their own terrific taste.




Cucumber, Avocado Salad Starting with a Kale, Avocado, & Cucumber salad lightly tossed in a Green Goddess dressing topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.






Seared Ahi Tuna

Followed by quick pan-seared Ahi Tuna resting upon a Daikon slaw dressed with Mayo, Ponzu and Roe







Lamb Parppadelle

The main course of Lamb Parpardelle with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Pine Nuts and Parmesan is sure to be a hit on the new Black + Blue lunch menu
