Picks of the Week – April 24, 2019

Can you believe it’s already the last weekend of April?! All this fun packed into the picks of the week makes time fly!

Things: Until May 5th at Studio 17, Zee Zee Theatre presents Dead People’s Things a poignant, darkly comic tale based on true events is a reflection on the stories behind the things we collect as we go through life.

Out: Until May 4th, at The Arts Club Granville Island Stage, Bed & Breakfast is a comedy about “being out,” skeletons in the closet, and finding a place to call home.

Choir: Museum of Vancouver (MOV) presents the Happy Hour Choir Series with West End Chamber Choir and Rhythm ‘n’ Roots on Thursday April 25th.

Blossoms:  As the petals drop it’s the last week to celebrate the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival before it comes to a close April 28th.

Photography: Look around and you’re sure to see an example of the lens based art that the Annual Capture Photography Festival brings all corners of the city throughout April.
