Race: Take a trip around the world as Teams embark on The Amazing Improv Race until August 31st, just one of the hilarious shows at Vancouver Theatre Sports League

Run: Get out and hit the pavement at Lumberman’s Arch Saturday morning for the annual Pride Run & Walk

Pop: If you hear thousands of high pitched squeals and screams on Saturday night, don’t worry it’s just One Direction fans welcoming their idols to Rogers Arena July 27

Blast: Look up and watch the sky come alive with fireworks as the annual Honda Celebration Of Light takes over English Bay for three nights; July 27, 31 and Aug 1. Find a spot along the beaches and seawall or pre-book your prime view from the bleachers at the YVR Observation Deck.

Benefit: Vancouver Fanclub welcomes The Imperial Collective with local artists Nicki B, Crosslegged Willies and STRIP and benefiting the Western Canadian Pediatric AIDS Society
