Rev up for 2018 Vancouver International Auto Show

For the 98th year, the Vancouver International Auto Show brings auto enthusiasts and face to grill with the latest and greatest on four wheels.  Western Canada’s largest auto show runs Wednesday March 28 until Sunday April 1, 2018 at Vancouver Convention Centre.

Vehicles from 40 different manufacturers plus an impressive array of custom cars and aftermarket parts and products fill the Convention Centre, spilling out to Jack Poole Plaza for Themes Daily Drive Ups, from Jeeps & other off-roaders, to Porche Club of America.

In a city with more exotic and supercars per capita than anywhere else in North America, the Auto Show sees a return of the super exotics and limited edition cars from Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Aston Martin and more.  Look for the 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt, honouring the car from the 1968 Steve McQueen movie of the same name.  The 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom EWB VIII rolls into the convention centre for your luxury longings. On display for the first time in Western Canada, you won’t want to miss the jet-speed supercar, Koenigsegg Agera RS.

97th Vancouver International Auto Show Opens tonight

Since the 1920s Vancouverites have flocked to the Vancouver International Auto Show to see what’s new on four wheels. Returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre for the 97th time, March 28th to April 2nd, 2017, the Auto Show packs another six days with excitement to to get your motor running.

From a $15million 1960 Ferrari GTO to a $15k compact, or vintage, collector & custom cars, the Vancouver International Auto Show offers something for every budget and car enthusiast to get excited about.  See the new Ford GT supercar, the “Cedar Rocket” straight from The Timber Kings TV show, the Acura Precision, and Lexus LC 500 concept cars, all making their debut at the 2017 Auto Show.

Interior Design Show Vancouver opens this week

Since 2004, Interior Design Show Vancouver (formerly IDS West) has grown to become Western North America’s premier residential interior design showcase.

Last year, over 35,000 visited the public showcase at Vancouver Convention Centre to view 275 exhibitors from the design world. This year’s show is open to the public this Thursday evening for the Party on Opening Night and on Saturday and Sunday.  Friday is a Trade Only day.

Interior Design Show Vancouver highlights the cutting edge of design, technology and decor.  Speakers, workshops, panels, demonstrations and hands-on participation ensures the Show is educational as it is inspirational.  Some of the featured events & speakers include: Dutch Exchange: Eindhoven – a showcase of designers from The Netherlands, Pitch Tank – a Dragon’s Den style event, designers Emily Henderson, Barbara Barry, architect Chris McVoy, contractor Rasmin Khachi and many more design professionals throughout the weekend.

The Interior Design Show Vancouver Party On Opening Night takes place Thursday September 22nd, open to trade and public, tickets are on sale now, $35 online.  The Public is also welcome Saturday and Sunday September 24 – 25, weekend passes $18 online.

The 10th Anniversary of Know Show took place at the end of July 2016. Canada’s premier lifestyle and fashion trade show, buyers and media flocked to Vancouver Convention Centre to find out what’s coming for Spring/Summer 2016.
The show is more than just business, it’s a lifestyle – from Breakfasts to BBQs, haircuts to hiphop, seminars to skateboarding. The brands and buyers live the lifestyle to bring authentic knowledge to what’s going to be in store.

IDS West 2014 gets the party started

Thursday night, International Design Show West (IDS West), the West Coast’s premier residential design showcase, packed the Vancouver Convention Centre for an opening night party to kick off its 10th year.

The Party On Opening Night, presented by Cosentino, brought out a huge crowd to be the first to see this year’s latest and greatest in residential design.  Furniture, fixtures, flooring, roofing, gardening and more are all on display from 250 exhibiting retailers, designers and manufacturers until September 28th.   Open to public as well as trade, the show also features a line up of guest speakers on the Living Space stage and GRAY conversation stage.  Celebrated designers Sarah Richardson and Kimberley Seldon headline with panels of some of North America’s best designers.

IDS West 2014 runs until September 28th at Vancouver Convention Centre West, open to the public from 4pm – 9pm Friday, 10am – 6pm Saturday and 10am – 5pm Sunday. Tickets $15 for single days, $25 weekend passes.

KnowShow 2013-01-16 16 23 58Canada’s Premiere Lifestyle Tradeshow: KnowShow has wrapped up for another season at the Vancouver Convention Centre after 3 days of introducing us to what’s hot and new for the season ahead in lifestyle fashion and accessories. Know Show is a well respected and fun show that has gained a great reputation from the Brand, buyers and media as the must attend showcase in Western Canada.
