While there is just officially one week left of summer, we know that Vancouver can have some amazing weather days all through the year. Therefore, there’s never a bad time for a patio, Vancouverites love to take their dining outside as soon as the sun comes out at any temperature.
Timber Gastropub in the West End recently debuted their brand new patio. The east facing patio, catches a good portion of the midday sun, perfect for sipping a sunny caesar and people watching. Located on the wide sidewalk along Jervis Street at Robson, the patio is away from the bustle of traffic and doesn’t feel the crush of pedestrians but you can still watch the comings and goings of Robson.
Since it opened last year, Chef Chris Whittaker’s Timber has become known for it’s new take on Canadian comfort food and events; Long Table Canadian Suppers, Canadian Supper & Cask, Happy Hour and great cocktail specials. Pull up a patio seat, take in the midday sun, and enjoy burger, a beer and the atmosphere.
Timber Gastropub is located at 1300 Robson at Jervis
