The man in the big red suit is on his way back to visit all the good little girls and boys in Vancouver. The ninth annual Rogers Santa Claus Parade takes place on December 2nd, 2012.
The pre-parade family activities get under way at 1030 am as the Christmas Square returns to the Vancouver Art Gallery with Face Painting, Gingerbread Tent, Write a Letter Santa stations and performances.
At 1pm the parade gets under way with a route running from Georgia and Broughton Streets, along Georgia to Howe and finally ending at Howe and Davie Streets.
New this year is the introduction of VIP seating at the corner of Georgia and Howe, which has proved popular as they are already sold out.
After the parade head to Robson Square’s ice rink for photos with Santa, free skating and more family fun to wrap up the day from 3pm – 5pm
