Scars On 45 -February 26, 2012 – The Orpheum
Opening for The Fray, British band Scars On 45 impressed the early audience at The Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver. Great melodic music and easy chat with the audience won over the crowd, as did some great covers, a mix of Dreams intertwined with their single “Give Me Something” and a great rendition of Rihanna’s “We Found Love” wrapped up their 40 minute set.
With just an EP and a large social network awareness the band has managed to get 
their music heard on various TV shows, like Supernatural, CSI:New York, and Grey’s Anatomy. Their first full length studio album is due out in April and with these dates supporting The Fray and up coming appearances on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno next month, I’m sure we’ll be hearing much more from them in the near future.
