ParkerArtSalon returns Monday May 15th, with “WHAT MOVES YOU,” a preview exhibition at the Pendulum Gallery, 885 W Georgia.
“WHAT MOVES YOU” invites visitors to take a thought-provoking exploration of what provokes, inspires, stimulates and moves the heart and mind. The exhibition’s artists have answered the question for themselves and welcomed patrons to discover what moves them too. The Gallery exhibition promises to be a captivating blend of disciplines, styles and ideas, all coming together in one dynamic showcase.
With over 50 artists, both emerging and established, showcasing a diverse range of creative output, the 7th annual ParkerArtSalon exhibition also offers a June 10th behind-the-scenes look at Artists and their works at Parker Street Studios, the century-old former mattress factory – turned landmark home for 200+ artists. Studio tours hosted by Curated Tastes take place at 1pm and 3pm,. In addition to the exhibition, there will be an online auction hosted by Waddington’s Auctions, open for online bids nationwide, 50 percent of the auction proceeds go towards the Beedie Luminaries Foundation’s program. Online bidding will commence at a June 8th Pendulum Gallery Reception & Auction Launch, with the auction remaining online until on June 17th.

The ParkerArtSalon events run from May 15th to June 16th with the “WHAT MOVES YOU” exhibition held at the Pendulum Gallery, located at 885 W Georgia Street with Auction Launch & Reception on June 8th.
Open studio tours of participating Parker Street Studios artists and hall exhibitions at 1pm and 3pm on June 10th at 1000 Parker Street.
