It’s time for the celebrations of Spring’s arrival, and for many, this coming weekend is Easter. With many families celebrating with a special meal, Provence Marinaside is helping make it easier.
As they have been doing for many of our holidays over this past year, Chefs Jean-Francis Quaglia and Sheldon Maloff are making it simple by designing a special take-out Easter Heat and Eat Dinner so you can enjoy a delicious chef prepared feast in the comfort of your own home. Deadline to order is Wednesday so be sure to order soon!
Provence’s Easter Heat and Eat is easy to prepare at home in just 20 to 30 minutes. Starting with Provence’s signature Warm Herb-Crusted Goat Cheese Salad. The dinner moves on to a choice of two main courses – either Dijon and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb or Carved Ham. Both options are accompanied by Scalloped Potatoes andHoney-Roasted French Beans and Carrots. Wrapping up the Easter Heat Eat Dinner is a French favourite, Clafoutis aux Fruits Rouges with whipped cream and raspberry coulis.
Wine Director Joshua Carlson has chosen some exceptional wines to pair with your dinner, which can be added to your takeout order.
