Dance: May 22-24, Arts Umbrella Dance presents Season Finale a series of performances that represents the art of dance as envisioned by some of the world’s greatest choreographers, celebrating the art of dance.
Tap: In celebration of International Tap Dance Day, West Coast Tap presents For the Love of Tap, an all-tap-dancing show featuring professional and amateur groups from around BC honouring tap dancer Travis Knights with two shows, at 4pm and 7pm on May 24th at the Scotiabank Dance Centre
Music: Saturday, May 24 from 10am to 10pm the VSO invites the public the annual Day of Music featuring over 70 free performances across multiple stages, including the Orpheum, VSO School of Music, Christ Church Cathedral, Yaletown, TELUS Garden, Deloitte, and Arts Umbrella ending the day with a free concert by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra at 8pm at The Orpheum.

Value: The Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at UBC presents an exhibition of acclaimed contemporary artist Rebecca Belmore. VALUE: Rebecca Belmore at the Museum of Anthropology, on display until October 19, 2025, is an exhibition offering an examination of four important large-scale works from the Anishinaabe artist’s four-decade career, challenging the ongoing condition of colonialism.
Nuxalk: Also continuing at MOA is the world premiere of Nuxalk Strong: Dancing Down the Eyelashes of the Sun, on display until January 5, 2026.
Haida: Bill Reid Gallery of Northwest Coast Art presents the Vancouver premiere of the retrospective exhibition Kihl ‘Yahda Christian White: Master Haida Artist running until February 1, 2026.
