Now firmly entrenched as one of the West Coast’s must attend music festivals, Virgin Mobile presents The Squamish Valley Music Festival revealed the line-up for its 5 edition today at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom. Over 70 artists will be performing over the three day festival including headliners; Eminem, Bruno Mars, Arcade Fire and Artic Monkeys, Broken Bells, Foster The People, The Roots, Serena Ryder, Sam Roberts Band plus many, many more.
Running August 8-10, 2014 at Brennan Park and the Loggersports Stadium in Squamish, the Festival is co-produced by Live Nation and brand.LIVE. This year’s fest features an expanded format that will allow for more entertainment, additional camping and easier transportation and access to and from the site. Paul Runnels, brand.LIVE Vice President and Executive Producer of the Festival, praised the community and stated that concerns of the locals were listened to and addressed while developing this year’s site.
The new 80 acre site will have a capacity of 35,000 but don’t delay in getting your tickets as this line-up will be popular, Festival Passes go on sale 10am Friday February 7th
