The latest addition to the Burrard Landing SeaWall along the new Vancouver Convention Centre West brings something new to the area…breakfast. De Dutch Pannekoek House has been a Vancouver favourite for years and this latest restaurant is a stand out. The new interior design is modern and bright, if the floor to ceiling windows don’t allow enough light, the orange and yellow interior will certainly brighten your day. The large patio across the front of the restaurant, with seating for about 2 dozen, offers a great vista across Burrard Inlet to the North Shore and Mountains.
The large menu boasts a wide array of selections for breakfast and lunch, from the traditional omlettes, pannekoeken*, and eggs benedicts to burgers, sandwiches and salads. Many healthy options are alongside the familiar comfort foods. Perfect for getting friends together for a leisurely weekend brunch with a mimosa or caesar but also for a quick and easy business meeting away from the crowds at your convention. This location also boasts a small private room capable of seating about a dozen, that can be used for a group or business meeting.
With the Vancouver Convention Centre, Harbour Flight Centre and Coal Harbour residences on the doorstep, De Dutch is poised to become the go-to location for breakfast, brunch and lunch for busy conventioneers, travellers and locals looking for a good meal at a good price at a great location.
De Dutch Pannekoek House – Vancouver Convention Centre is located on the Seawall, down the steps from Jack Poole Plaza, open 7am – 4pm, 7 days per week. Phone 604.647.7530
