This month Vancouver Foodster has a trio of flavourful events to tantalize your tastebuds and tease your mind!
Starting off, Dumpling Fest is back with an exploration featuring a variety of restaurants that could include anything from Indian Samosas, Mexican Empanadas, Polish Pierogi, Chinese Wontons, to Italian Ravioli, Korean Mandu, or any other pillowy pocket. This 10th edition Dumpling Fest takes place Wednesday November 8th from 6pm to 10pm, and includes; Toloache Mexican Kitchen, Chai Ghai, C Prime Modern Italian Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Jingle Bao Restaurant, and Ofra’s Kitchen

Next up, the 4th annual Pizza Palooza offers a potential plethora of pies in different styles; Neapolitan, Romano, South Indian, plus a tasting treat of Olive Oil.
Participating restaurants include; Pizza Rubato Napoletana, RJ DELIGHTS Pizza, Casa Eatalia, and Di Olivia Tasting Bar
Pizza Palooza also offers an exclusive VIP Experience, with a limited number of tickets available to level-up your experience – learn how to make a Neapolitan pizza with the Chef of Pizza Rubato Napoletana with a special pizza tasting during a special preview hour that starts at 5pm
Pizza Palooza takes place November 15th from 6pm to 10pm with Ultra Early-bird Tickets at $49 per person until November 6, 2023. After November 6th, Early-bird Tickets are $59 per person, and after November 11th, regular price tickets are $69. VIP Experience $79 (limited quantity)
After a half-decade hiatus, Food Talks return with Volume 17. Mix, mingle and learn with fellow food enthusiast on an entertaining evening of food talks at Toloache Mexican Kitchen. Enjoy some light bites during the arrival reception, hear from the line up of talented, acclaimed chefs, followed by a Q&A session.
Vancouver Foodster has invited a lineup of speakers to share their passion for all things culinary, from secret recipes to food trends. Following a theme “Movers and Shakers in our Food Community” the special evening will be hosted by Richard Wolak – Founder of Vancouver Foodster and Food Talks. The speaker line-up includes: C?hef Warren Chow, C?hef Will Lew, C?hef Dez Lo, Raveena Oberoi, Mark Singson, Tushar Tondvalkar.
