Mystery: With Opening Night tonight, Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap brings the long-running iconic manor house mystery to the Arts Club Granville Island Stage until August 10.
Beach: A sure sign of Summer, Bard on the Beach 2025 gets underway with the comedy Much Ado About Nothing running until September 20 alongside the 80s-themed Two Gentlemen of Verona running until September 19 on the BMO Mainstage. With The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] now on the Douglas Campbell Stage until September 20

Camp: Embrace the great outdoors with Camp Khats, the theme for the annual Khatsahlano Street Party, Vancouver’s largest free music and arts festival running 11am to 9pm on West 4th Avenue between Burrard and MacDonald Streets
Book: Canada’s longest-running event of its kind the Vancouver Art Book Fair returns to the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre from July 4–6.
Pirates: July 3th and 4th, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra presents the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest Live in Concert with the swashbuckling action film backed by the live orchestra
Stars: Theatre Under the Stars 2025 season is underway featuring Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Legally Blonde The Musical, on stage until August 16, 2025, at Stanley Park’s iconic Malkin Bowl.

Golden: YOU WON’T BELIEVE THIS BUT… on one day only, Sunday July 6 at PAL Theatre at 1pm and 7pm, beloved Vancouver actor and raconteur Bernard Cuffling will regale and entertain the audience with stories and anecdotes from his life on the boards; his mishaps, triumphs and, of course, his brush with Ginger Rogers all funds in support of Western Gold Theatre
Borderless Solidarities: The Indian Summer Festival gets started this week with a bounty of events from July 4 to July 13 at venues around Vancouver
Market: Junction Public Market, continues at Granville Square – 200 Granville Street. For its second year, the unique shipping container marketplace, will feature rotating pop-ups, local artisans, food vendors, a licensed patio, live entertainment, and special events planned throughout the season, all for with free entry.

Music: One of Western Canada’s largest music festivals, FVDED In The Park, returns to Holland Park in Surrey on July 4 and 5, with a stellar line-up including; Tiësto, Zedd, Disclosure, Kaytranada, Loud Luxury and many more filling the Park and the many after parties.

Value: The Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at UBC presents an exhibition of acclaimed contemporary artist Rebecca Belmore. VALUE: Rebecca Belmore at the Museum of Anthropology, on display until October 19, 2025, is an exhibition offering an examination of four important large-scale works from the Anishinaabe artist’s four-decade career, challenging the ongoing condition of colonialism.
