The holiday season has arrived! ‘Tis the season of giving and gifting, and everyone love to find something unique or handmade for themselves or to give to loved ones. As Circle Craft Market opens for the 50th year, it kicks off another season of Christmas Craft Markets and Fairs curating great local holiday finds.
Crafters, artisans and makers have been busy in their workshops preparing for the season! Here’s a selection of Christmas Craft Fairs and Holiday Markets coming this year:
Circle Craft Christmas Market: @ Vancouver Convention Centre (West), 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver

Western Canada’s largest craft market and the premier showcase of Canadian craft and design celebrates its 50th Anniversary! The Vancouver tradition brings together over 300 vendors including 26 “Budding Artists”, 45 new vendors, 33 gourmet food and drink creators, and 36 members of the Circle Craft Co-op, the year-round artist-run endeavour with a flagship store located on Granville Island to kick off the holiday fair season with a one-stop shop for all things festive.

For a 14th season, the beloved German-style Christmas Market welcomes more than 90 artisan huts, a lively line-up of holiday entertainment – performing on the Flying Stage from Vancouver’s only Christmas Pyramid, for can’t miss Festival Fun. The young and young-at-heart will love taking a spin on the Christmas Carousel, embarking on a market-wide scavenger hunt, and keeping an eye out for Vancouver Christmas Market mascots “Holly and Jolly”.
Admission: There are a host of ticket options to help you best enjoy the Market from Pre-book Seasons Passes $30.99, Family Passes $75, Grey Cup Festival Flex Pass $25 (valid November 13-17 including Grey Cup Festival) and General Timed Entry tickets start from “Festive Fives” – $5 entry at select times
If you’re heading south of the border, The Seattle Christmas Market returns for another season November 21 to December 24 at Seattle Centre.
Eastside Culture Crawl Visual Arts, Design & Craft Festival: Eastside Arts District; bound by Columbia Street, 1st Avenue, Victoria Drive, and the Waterfront.

For the 28th year, artists and creators around the Eastside Arts District throw open studios, workshops, and galleries doors for this four-day festival inviting patrons and shoppers to explore more than 500 registered artists representing more than 55 buildings, including roughly 90 new artists
