Hyatt Regency Vancouver‘s Annual Gingerbread Lane has become a holiday tradition for many locals and visitors.
Over 40 gingerbread houses have been created by schools and colleges, amateur and professional chefs from around the city. Included in this year’s Lane is the live sized gingerbread house, the gigantic confection contains 1400 egg white, 300 of icing sugar creating 500 pounds of gingerbread dough.
Stop by the Hyatt Regency on Burrard Street in Vancouver to take a walk on Gingerbread Lane and vote for your favourite in the People’s Choice Award. Make a donation to the Make a Wish Foundation along with your vote, and be entered to win a free night stay at the hotel.
