As we approach the autumnal equinox and bring our astronomical summer to a close, we find the season entertainment picks brighten up like the fall colours

Beach: There are just a few more chance to catch Bard on the Beach 2025: the comedy Much Ado About Nothing closes September 20 while the 80s-themed Two Gentlemen of Verona runs until September 19 on the BMO Mainstage. The hilarious The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] plays the Douglas Campbell Stage until September 20, with The Dark Lady coming to a close September 19.
Boheme: There’s also only a few more shows to catch Metro Theatre’s stellar presentation of Jonathan Larson’s RENT, the electrifying rock musical retelling of La Bohème set in the streets of 1990’s New York City, comes to a close on September 20th.
Doll: The Arts Club Theatre Company’s 2025-2026 season is underway with the Canadian Premiere production of a new adaptation of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House written by playwright Amy Herzog, presented in partnership with Theatre Calgary, until October 5 at Stanley BFL CANADA Stage
Cyrus: Tonight, Queen Elizabeth Theatre welcomes Noah Cyrus to the stage in support of her album I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me
