The Arts Club Theatre Company announces its 62nd season filled with blockbuster musicals, Canadian premieres, engaging comedies and dramas for the whole family. The Arts Club’s Artistic Director Ashlie Corcoran and Executive Director Peter Cathie White revealed the 2025–2026 season programming, with 13 shows across its three venues—the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, the Granville Island Stage and the Newmont Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre—plus a 3-show tour.
“We are beyond excited to present this incredible array of shows for our 62nd season,” said Corcoran. “With our renewed subscription series at the Newmont Stage, we’re bringing back unforgettable performances to our most intimate and flexible space. And our other venues will come alive with everything from spectacular blockbuster musicals to side-splitting comedies and gripping dramas. We invite you to join us in celebrating the brilliance and diversity of Canadian theatre and the outstanding talent that calls our community home.”
Cathie White added, “At the Arts Club we strive to raise our levels of artistic excellence by investing in our productions and strengthening our commitment to artists, artisans and craftspeople in British Columbia and Canada. We are steadfast in hiring local talent, whether its on the stage or behind the scenes, as much as possible.”

The Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, the Arts Club’s flagship venue, kicks off the 2025–2026 season in September, with a Canadian premiere: the critically acclaimed new version of the classic drama A Doll’s House. This will be followed by a surefire holiday heart-melter, Disney’s FROZEN. A new twist on the revenge thriller Dial M for Murder will bring suspense in February. Rounding out this powerhouse series, Kimberly Akimbo, the Tony Award–winning musical about growing up and growing old, will arrive in the spring followed by the smash-hit Canadian musical based on a true story, Come From Away.
The Granville Island Stage opens its season with a new adaptation of the beloved Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women. 2026 begins with The Golden Anniversaries, a story of an enduring marriage, followed by the Canadian premiere of a new kind of father-and-son story, Franklinland. Hilarity and mayhem will abound as the global phenomenon The Play That Goes Wrong takes the stage in June.
The Newmont Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre welcomes four shows, starting with the Métis love story You Used To Call Me Marie… Then, celebrate the holiday season with a delightful take on a holiday classic, A WONDERHEADS Christmas Carol, and a limited engagement presentation of The Gingerbread Men: (Yet) A(nother) Holiday Cabaret. Closing the season on the Newmont Stage is You’re Just a Place That I Know, a song cycle inspired by family history.
The Arts Club On Tour takes the show on the road with You Used To Call Me Marie…, Burning Mom and The Golden Anniversaries taking live theatre to communities around the province
Corcoran continued, “The Arts Club strives to be the principal gathering place for theatre and art in Vancouver. We are incredibly excited to produce such a wide range of ambitious musicals and plays, bringing our local audiences truly transformative experiences.”
