For over a century, the Pacific National Exhibition Fair has been part of our summer traditions. Generations of visitors have ridden the iconic Wooden Rollercoaster, watched SuperDogs, visited the agricultural exhibits, and been first in line for legendary fair food like those mini-donuts.
While Covid-19 restrictions have put the brakes on the usual PNE Fair plans this year, organizers have been working all summer to adapt the PNE to find a way to keep the Fair traditions and experiences alive for 2020. After several successful Taste of the PNE drive-through events over the last months, the PNE has announced a 2020 Fair drive-thru experience that will give guests a taste of all their traditional Fair favourites!
“We really wanted to showcase those special PNE memories of great entertainment and bring together British Columbians for their traditional end-of-summer PNE experience that celebrates the best of the PNE Fair,” says the PNE Creative Director Patrick Roberge. “SuperDogs, a parade, larger than life dinosaurs, great food and of course agriculture will all be a part of this family friendly event.”
