Metro Theatre, the Marpole landmark, is just weeks away from debuting its 61st season.
The self-described ‘Home of the Classics’ is indeed known for producing and collaborating on bringing some of theatre’s most tried and true to the stage. This 61st season is no exception, with Metro Theatre presenting a rendition of the world’s longest running play, a Christmas comedy set in West Vancouver, its 38th Annual Panto, a classic romcom, a laugh-riot play-within-a-play, and a hilarious look behind the scenes looks at Hollywood classic.

Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap
Set in a snowbound remote guest house this whodunit is full of secrets, suspense, skullduggery and a surprise plot twist.
October 27-November 18, 2023
The Catering Queen by Alison Lawrence
Set in West Vancouver, the classes clash when the catering staff for a company Christmas party express their true feelings, opinions and dreams
December 7, 2023-January 1, 2024
Sinbad
Cheer, Boo, Sing and most of all, Laugh, as the annual Metro Panto puts its spin on the swashbuckling tale of adventure.
