Vancouver Civic Theatres present the 2025 Summer on 
series of FREE outdoor concerts, dance lessons and outdoor movies.
Taking place at 650 Hamilton Street throughout July and August, everyone is welcome to participate in the all-ages activities including the return of Summer Sounds – Open-air Concerts, Dance Dance Dance – Pop-Up Dance Classes and Sunset Cinema – Movie Screenings.
Summer Sounds: Free Open-Air Concerts

An exciting line-up of local collaborations, world-class artists, DJs, a preview of Vancouver Folk Music Festival, and more! Leave the office behind, bring your friends & colleagues, and enjoy free live music on the sun-soaked plaza from music including;

Dance Dance Dance: Free Pop-Up Dance Classes
Fridays July 18 – August 15, 2025 – Classes begin at 6:30pm
From Latin dance styles to swing dance and voguing, everyone is welcome to join in an eclectic mix of FREE dance classes – no experience required! Each event includes a free dance lesson followed by an evening of social dancing as the sun sets.

Every Wednesday in August 2025 – Pre-show entertainment by local DJs MangoSweet at 7:00pm, movies begin at dusk

Bring your blankets, chairs, and pillows and enjoy a hit movie on the huge inflatable screen under the stars.
