This evening the city will explode with the sounds and colours of the Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show as Canada Day celebration come to a close.
In recognition of a national holiday that represents the inclusiveness of Canada, the Burrard Inlet Fireworks Society has the goal to produce a spectacular fireworks show for all the Burrard Inlet communities; Vancouver, North Vancouver and West Vancouver all get to participate in viewing the spectacle. With two barges, near Canada Place and Dundarave Pier, will be blasting off for the night. Spectators will ring Burrard Inlet to watch the sky light up, some of the prime viewing spots are Lonsdale Quay, Ambleside Park, Coal Harbour, Portside Park, Kitsalano, Stanley Park and of course Canada Place. Fireworks sponsor, Port Metro Vancouver has prime seats available on the pier at Canada Place for just $10 per person
