It’s that most edible time of year as we move into mid-January and the 2017 Dine Out Vancouver Festival. My favourite series of Dine Out Events are the neighbourhood Brunch Crawls in collaboration with Vancouver Foodster. Brunch is a big thing in Vancouver so it makes sense to explore what the city has to offer for our leisurely weekend mornings.
Brunch Crawls take patrons on a tour around 6 different Vancouver ‘hoods to find out what the restaurants and chefs have to offer. Here’s the line up of neighbourhoods and a few of the participating restaurants;
January 21 – Gastown Brunch Crawl – Milano Coffee, ZeroZero Pizza, Darby’s Pub Gastown, La Mezcaleria, Wishing Treats Caramel Studio
January 22 – Kitsilano Brunch Crawl – Silk Road Tea, Be Fresh Market Cafe, Kahve, Rain or Shine Ice Cream
January 28 – East Village Brunch Crawl – Nonna’s Table, Di Olivia, The Gourmet Warehouse, Italia Bakery, Platform 7 Coffee
January 29 – Yaletown Brunch Crawl – Rocanini Coffee, House Special, Ganache Patisserie
February 4 – Robson Street & West End Brunch Crawl – Papparoti, De Dutch Pannekoek House, Styo Dessert
February 5 – Commercial Drive Brunch Crawl – Federico’s Supper Club, Cabrito Tapas, Eternal Abundance, Fratelli Bakery, The Drive Coffee Bar
