Habit: Laughter could be habit forming as one of the longest-running off-Broadway productions, Dan Goggin’s NUNSENSE at the Metro Theatre until March 21 – following a mishap The Little Sisters of Hoboken need to raise emergency funds for their convent and put on a madcap variety show.
Crime: March 13-15 at PAL Studio Theatre, Western Gold Theatre presents an On Our Feet fully staged reading (book in hand), directed by Colleen Winton, of Queen of Crime, Agatha Christie’s THE STRANGER – an intimate psychological thriller full of well-placed red herrings, suspense, chills and danger.

Circus: Continuing until March 15, head to the circus centre ring as Europa Super Circus continues its West Coast tour under the big top at Richmond’s Lansdowne Centre.
Cottage: The Arts Club On Tour brings The Golden Anniversaries to Evergreen Culture Centre until March 15 – Find out if everything is Golden, when Glen and Sandy head to their cottage on their 50th anniversary?
Revolution: The Arts Club Theatre Company’s presents the the Canadian premiere of Franklinland at the Lindsay Family Stage at Granville Island, March 12–April 5. – an imaginative and thoroughly modern look at the American Revolution— focused on the fraught and often absurd relationship between Benjamin Franklin and his son, William.
Warriors: The Cultch second annual Warrior Festival, continues until March 29 this week with The Search Party’s People, Place & Things is at The Historic Theatre, until March 22
Medieval: Friday, March 13 at Christ Church Cathedral, Early Music Vancouver presents Amour Courtois: Medieval Meets Jazz French jazz pianist Baptiste Bailly along with Matthew Baker and Efrén López perform a set of 14th-century French songs reimagined through the lens of contemporary improvisation.
Trio: Omar Sosa & Seckou Keita SUBA Trio, a collaboration between Grammy-nominated Cuban pianist Omar Sosa and Senegalese kora player Seckou Keita, and Afro-Venezuelan percussionist Gustavo Ovalles comes to the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, March 13

Singer: Juno-award winning Canadian Inuk singer-songwriter Elisapie supports Inuktitut, her fourth solo record, with a stop at The Vogue Theatre on Thursday March 12
Cup: Whitecaps FC continue their quest towards the CONCACAF Champions Cup with next leg seeing the team host I-5 rivals Seattle Sounds at BC Place on Thursday March 12
MLS: Whitecaps FC also play a regular MLS league match hosting Minnesota United FC this Sunday, March 18 at 1:30pm (rescheduled from March 17) at BC Place Stadium
Pucks: Vancouver Canucks take to the ice at Rogers Arena twice this week with Nashville Predators visiting Thursday March 12 then Seattle Kraken visit on Saturday March 14
