After the Make It! Handmade Market wrapped up this weekend, the PNE is preparing for the Winter Fair to open December 14th. Bringing 10 days of entertainment and activities for the whole family, the PNE Winter Fair has festive fun around every corner.
For just $15 / adult, visitors are treated to nightly Christmas-themed concert series, an indoor skating rink, a family-friendly holiday pageant sure to be a hit with the little visitors, a winter market, tasty food and beverages, and a walk-thru Winter Lights display! For additional tickets, enjoy evening concerts from top talent from The Tenors to Dionne Warwick and more.
With both indoor, outdoor and tented areas, the PNE Winter Fair is ready for all-weather, but Vancouverites never let the weather get in the way of a good time.
Activities and Entertainment includes:
- Nightly Tree Lighting Celebration: each evening at 5pm, watch the 50 foot Christmas Tree illuminations brighten up the nights with festive performers
- WinterLights presented by BC Hydro: let the glow of the Northern Lights surround you as you stroll through the Polar Passage light tunnel. See the sentational sweet displays of Candy Cane Lane and explore all the enchanted lands filled with glowing lights and lavish displays including foxes, seals, giant moose, arches, presents, and an illuminated train.
- The Magic of Santa Holiday Musical: Join Skitter the Mouse searching for his very own special Christmas wish. Along the way, Skitter meets a jolly cast of characters, including Rudy the Polar Bear, Tinsel the Christmas Tree, Rocking Reindeer and Mrs. Claus, all with wishes of their own, who are determined to help find Skitter’s magic wish.

ShowStoppers: December 17, 20, 22 & 23 - Dueling Pianos – Jingle Jams: Grab a cup of cheer and sing-along to your favourite Christmas favorites with Dueling Pianos holiday-style at 7pm, 8pm & 9pm
- Tim Horton’s Ice Rink: The Agrodome is transformed into a classic Canadian winter pond where guests of all ages can strap on their skates (rentals $6), enjoy a treat from the hot cocoa stand while listening to live musical performances on the ice nightly at 6:00, 7:30 and 8:45pm –

Trilojay: December 20, 21, 22, 23 - Season’s Eating by YVR: YVR celebrates the flavours of its destinations with 20 different food vendors and merchant bringing their wares and food trucks to the PNE Holiday Market.
