After an estimated 15,000 people turned out last year, CandyTown returns for a second edition. From noon until 9pm tomorrow, Saturday November 23, Yaletown is transformed with hundreds of lights, lamp poles turned candy canes, and thousands of people filling Mainland Street. Costumed characters, street performers and musicians will be stationed amongst the Christmas craft market artisans and merchants that will help you find your unique gift ideas.
Throughout CandyTown visitors will also find; horse carriage rides, ice sculpture & candy making demos, a Rotary Christmas tree sale lot and of course it wouldn’t be a Holiday Festival without visits with Santa.
The outdoor festival is free to the public and with a cold and crisp weather forecast coming it’s sure to be a popular afternoon to help make people’s spirits bright.
